Shipping within Ukraine
We offer free shipping throughout Ukraine. Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s status.
International Shipping
International shipping is available at a flat rate of 15 euros. Please note that the shipping cost does not include additional taxes or duties that may apply upon the product’s entry into your country. All additional costs are covered by the buyer.
Returns
We strive to ensure the highest quality of our jewelry. According to Ukrainian law, you have the right to return an item only if it has a manufacturing defect or does not match the stated specifications.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Protection’,” jewelry of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange.
